Payment of Adjustment Amount Within 6 Months for 411 Parcels

On the 4th, Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it had decided the adjustment fees for the Ganjeon-Ganmun district cadastral re-survey project after deliberation by the Cadastral Re-survey Committee.

The adjustment fee calculation targets a total of 411 parcels (229 increased, 182 decreased), which are parcels whose cadastral area has changed compared to before the project.

The adjustment fees were calculated by conducting land appraisals on the relevant parcels and multiplying the increased or decreased area per lot by the appraisal value per square meter.

Owners of parcels with area changes due to the new boundary confirmation will receive adjustment fees for the decreased area and must pay adjustment fees for the increased area.

The county will individually notify landowners of the adjustment fee details decided by the committee and plans to collect or pay the adjustment fees within six months.

Those who have objections to the adjustment fees can file an objection within 60 days from the date of notification.

A county official said, “We ask landowners whose land areas have changed to check the adjustment fee details and promptly receive or pay the adjustment fees.”

Meanwhile, the Gwangui Daejeon / Tojigusan district held explanatory meetings on the cadastral re-survey measurement results at the relevant village halls until September 1.

Boundaries are being negotiated with landowners according to the boundary setting standards, and it is planned to prepare and notify the cadastral confirmation report to landowners by November.
