Chairman Ham Young-joo Embarks on Overseas IR, Visits 'Financial Hub' Hong Kong
Introduction to Group Financial Performance and Shareholder Return Policy
Ham Young-joo, Chairman of Hana Financial Group, is visiting Hong Kong, Asia's financial hub, to meet with overseas investors. He plans to introduce Hana Financial Group's financial performance and shareholder return policies to attract investment.
Hana Financial Group announced on the 5th that Chairman Ham will hold an overseas IR event in Hong Kong on the 5th and 6th of this month. Through this event, Chairman Ham plans to meet directly with the top executives of about 10 investment institutions, including long-term investors who have invested in Hana Financial Group for a long time and potential investors who have recently shown interest, to introduce the group's financial performance, asset soundness, growth strategy, and shareholder return policies.
Hana Financial Group has been conducting overseas IR events more than twice a year for the first time in 13 years since 2010 to attract overseas investment. Following the Singapore IR event in May and this Hong Kong IR event, Chairman Ham is scheduled to visit European regions such as Amsterdam, Netherlands, and London, UK, in October. The group is also expanding its IR organization to strengthen overseas promotional capabilities.

Chairman Ham stated, "There is nothing more important than listening to the voices of overseas investors and local employees to broaden opportunities for cooperation and communication on the global front," adding, "Going forward, we will strengthen communication with investors and take the lead in promoting K-finance so that Hana Financial Group can leap beyond South Korea to become Asia's top financial group."
