Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center to Hold 'Customized Education for Jeonse Fraud Victims' on the 7th at Former Provincial Office Building
The Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center will conduct customized education for victims of jeonse fraud.
The Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center announced on the 2nd that it will provide tailored education for victims who have been designated as victims of jeonse fraud under the "Special Act on Support for Jeonse Fraud Victims and Housing Stability" at the old Gyeonggi-do Government Building's main conference room in Paldal-gu, Suwon, on the 7th.
The Special Act grants special provisions regarding auction and public sale procedures and tax collection to ensure housing stability for victims of jeonse fraud facing eviction due to auctions or public sales. However, many victims inevitably face difficulties due to the unfamiliar auction and public sale processes.
Accordingly, the Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center has prepared customized education to help victims easily understand and apply the professional support contents under the Special Act, such as auction and public sale procedures. External experts will be invited to conduct the education in the order of ▲auction and public sale procedures ▲analysis of rights in the certified copy of the register ▲Q&A session.
Lee Kyung-seon, head of the Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center, said, "We are exploring various practical ways to help residents who have suffered from jeonse fraud," adding, "This education is composed of essential contents such as auction and public sale procedures and analysis of rights in the certified copy of the register, and we have prepared it to ensure victim-centered customized education can be conducted."
