NCSoft to Open '2023 New Employee Recruitment' Starting from the 4th
NCSoft announced on the 1st that it will conduct its 2023 open recruitment for new employees.
The recruitment fields include ▲Programming ▲Game Planning ▲Development Management ▲Game Business ▲System Engineering ▲Security Analysis ▲Game Intellectual Property (IP) Brand Planning ▲Human Resources (HR), totaling 8 departments. To strengthen global game competitiveness, the company will focus on hiring mainly for development and business roles.
Applications can be submitted on the NC recruitment website from the 4th to the 12th. The hiring process consists of ▲Application submission ▲Document screening ▲NCTEST ▲1st and 2nd interviews ▲Employment medical examination. For programming positions, an additional online coding test will be conducted. Final successful candidates will join as full-time new employees in 2024.

Applicants can participate in NC's online recruitment briefing and job briefing sessions to obtain various information. The online recruitment briefing will be held on the 6th at 7 PM via NC's official YouTube channel. The online job consultation will take place on the 8th from 10 AM on the recruitment consultation platform 'CareerTalk.' The sessions will introduce roles such as programming, game planning, development management, and game business, and provide overall recruitment consultation.
