Severe Punishment for Authors of Violent Crime Threats, Promotion of Crime Prevention Measures and Guidelines
The Muan Police Station in Jeonnam (Chief Kim Jeong-wan) announced on the 1st that it conducted a joint patrol campaign for special crime prevention activities against abnormal motive crimes at 7 p.m. on the 31st of last month, in cooperation with related organizations and partner groups.

The campaign, held in the commercial area around Kim Dae-jung Square and Central Park, was attended by 150 people including the Muan County Office of Education, the Youth Counseling and Welfare Center, Samhyang-eup Autonomous Crime Prevention Unit, the Safety Living Council, the Police Reserve Association, and the police.
In particular, while patrolling the commercial area, they distributed promotional leaflets containing crime prevention guidelines such as strict punishment for authors of threatening crime notices to residents.
