Hanwha Ocean, Second Half New Employee Recruitment "Expansion of Metropolitan Area Workplaces"
Hanwha Ocean announced on the 31st that it will conduct its first-ever recruitment of new employees since joining the Hanwha Group.
Applications are being accepted until the 24th of next month for positions in research and development, design, production, sales, business management, and administrative support. The eligibility requirements are a master's degree or higher for research and development, and a bachelor's degree or higher (or expected graduation in February 2024) for other positions. The selection process consists of document screening, first interview, and final interview.
To provide applicants with more diverse information, Hanwha Ocean has newly established a micro page offering various content and recruitment information, including job introductions, interviews with current employees, and schedules for recruitment promotional events.
Hanwha Ocean has set a goal to become a "Global Ocean Solution Provider" leading the paradigm of the future marine industry, aiming to achieve sales of over 30 trillion KRW and operating profit exceeding 5 trillion KRW by 2040.
The strategy includes securing "super-gap defense industry" solutions through overseas production bases and unmanned/advanced warship technology, developing eco-friendly and digital ships, providing total offshore wind power services, and realizing smart yard construction to ensure sustainable competitiveness.
To this end, Hanwha Ocean has increased the allocation of personnel in research and development and design fields at its Namdaemun office in Seoul. Through this recruitment, the company plans to actively secure future technical talents who prefer to work in the metropolitan area.
