Yanolja Reports Q2 Revenue of 168.4 Billion KRW... Transaction Volume Up 51% YoY

Yanolja announced on the 29th that its consolidated sales for the second quarter of this year reached 168.4 billion KRW, a 17% increase compared to the same period last year (143.6 billion KRW). Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization), excluding intangible asset amortization and stock option expenses, was recorded at -4.5 billion KRW.
By segment, Yanolja Platform segment sales increased by 3% year-on-year to 87.6 billion KRW, with adjusted EBITDA of 9.8 billion KRW. Yanolja Cloud segment sales grew 20% to 30.8 billion KRW, with adjusted EBITDA of -6.6 billion KRW. Interpark Triple sales rose 70% to 57.9 billion KRW, while adjusted EBITDA was -8.0 billion KRW due to increased brand marketing campaigns following the company name change and proactive research and development (R&D) investments.
Yanolja’s transaction volume in the second quarter reached 1.4 trillion KRW, a 51% increase compared to the same period last year. By segment, overseas accommodation transactions on the Yanolja Platform increased by more than 900% year-on-year. Yanolja Cloud’s transaction volume rose 56% to 90.6 billion KRW, driven by rapid growth in the channeling business and global expansion. Interpark Triple also saw a 135% increase in transaction volume to 873.3 billion KRW, boosted by growth in overseas travel and airline transactions.
