Hyundai Engineering will be responsible for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) tasks, including detailed design and supply of water electrolysis equipment for this project. The hydrogen produced will be entirely supplied to the hydrogen transportation complex base at the public bus garage to be established in Boryeong City in the future.
Going forward, Hyundai Engineering plans to carry out additional projects such as producing 50 tons of green hydrogen per day using electricity (1GW scale) generated from offshore wind farms.
