Geumcheon-gu Signs Agreement with Cultural Heritage Preservation Society for Use of 'King Jeongjo Character'
Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that it has signed an agreement with the Geumcheon-gu Cultural Heritage Preservation Association (representative Song Yu-geun) for the use of the King Jeongjo character.
The Preservation Association developed the King Jeongjo character, reflecting the region's historical significance, and donated it to Geumcheon-gu.
Geumcheon-gu plans to use the King Jeongjo character for public purposes such as souvenirs and mascot costumes at the "King Jeongjo Royal Procession Reenactment Event."

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, "We will strive to provide residents and visitors with a rich cultural experience by using the donated character at the 'King Jeongjo Royal Procession Reenactment Event' held in October."
