"Even Accepting Parents' Apology Emails... Don't Feel Guilty"
At Everland, a male panda named Reobao nearly swallowed a plastic toy that had fallen into his enclosure, but zookeeper Song Young-gwan confirmed, "I personally checked that there were no injuries inside his mouth."
Earlier, on the 26th, a child dropped a toy into the enclosure at Everland Panda World, and Reobao, seeing this, put the toy in his mouth and almost swallowed it, creating a tense moment.
On the 28th, Zookeeper Song posted on the official cafe of Everland Zoo's 'Zootopia' along with a photo of the bus toy that Reobao was holding, stating, "Reobao, curious about the new object that had fallen into his space, briefly examined what it was as shown in the photo," and assured that Reobao is in good health.

According to Zookeeper Song, the child's parents said, "We tried our best not to stress the pandas, but unintentionally dropped the toy by mistake," and added, "We are worried about Reobao, so please contact us if there is any problem. This is the fault of the adults who were with the child, not the child. We are sorry," offering repeated apologies.
