McDonald's Announces Open Recruitment for Full-Time 'Restaurant Manager' Positions in Q3
McDonald's announced on the 28th that it will conduct an open recruitment for full-time 'Restaurant Manager' positions for the third quarter of this year.
Restaurant managers are all full-time employees responsible for overall store operations, including ▲customer management ▲sales management ▲quality control ▲personnel management.
Applications will be accepted until the 10th of next month, and candidates can apply through the Korea McDonald's recruitment website.
Applicants will go through document screening, first interview, second restaurant practical interview, and executive interview to be finally selected. The second restaurant practical interview is a stage where candidates can experience the store duties they will perform after final acceptance, enhancing their understanding of the role while allowing them to self-assess their job suitability.
