LG Electronics is operating the ‘LG Trom Mong (夢) House,’ a space where customers can experience the LG Trom Objet Collection washing machine, dryer, and wash tower, and enjoy an upgraded laundry life.
Open until the 27th on the first floor Central Atrium of Starfield Hanam, the ‘LG Trom Mong (夢) House’ offers a unique laundry life experience provided by the LG Trom Objet Collection. Visitors can try out LG Trom Objet Collection products and participate in various event programs designed to upgrade their laundry life from washing to drying.
The LG Trom Mong (夢) House is composed of five experiential zones: the Laundry LAB Zone, Microplastic Care Zone, Wash Tower Experience Zone, 6-Motion Trom Mong Lounge, and Pet Care Mong Lounge. Visitors can enjoy the on-site experience through a stamp tour, and those who complete the tour will receive prizes such as Trom Bear cushions and stickers, strap keyrings, and pet-exclusive toys.
The first zone visitors encounter, the ‘Laundry LAB Zone,’ is a space that shares various useful information for garment care from washing to drying. It provides tips on using washing machines and dryers, seasonal garment care advice, and eco-friendly and energy-saving tips that can be practically applied in daily life.
A space highlighting the key features of LG Trom Objet Collection products also stands out. The ‘Microplastic Care Zone’ is designed as a space where visitors can participate in the ‘LG Trom Microplastic Care Challenge,’ which reduces microplastic emissions during washing by up to 70%, allowing easy participation in environmental protection in everyday life. The ‘Wash Tower Experience Zone’ lets visitors experience the LG Trom Objet Collection Wash Tower equipped with LG Electronics’ technology and create a coloring book by combining colors according to their personal preferences.
The ‘6-Motion Trom Mong Lounge’ and ‘Pet Care Mong Lounge’ experiential zones reflect the popular trend of ‘spacing out’ that provides emotional stability in daily life, such as ‘Bul-mong’ (staring at a campfire), ‘Mul-mong’ (staring at water), and ‘Baram-mong’ (letting the wind embrace you). These lounges are designed as spaces where visitors can fully focus on the motions of LG Trom Objet Collection washing machines and dryers by experiencing LG Electronics’ unique 6-Motion washing and drying technology and the pet care course that effectively removes stains, odors, and hair caused by living with pets. A photo zone is also available where visitors can create precious memories with their pets.
Along with the opening of the ‘LG Trom Mong (夢) House,’ the ‘Trom Mong (Space Out) Short-Form Challenge’ is being held online until September 15. This event, targeting customers who use LG Trom washing machines, dryers, and wash towers, invites participants to share videos of ‘Trom Mong spacing out’ while experiencing LG Electronics’ exclusive 6-Motion technology with LG Trom washing machines, dryers, and wash towers. Participants can join by sharing their Trom Mong spacing out videos and 6-Motion usage reviews on Instagram with the hashtags ‘#LGTromMongHouse,’ ‘#TromMongShortFormChallenge,’ ‘#6MotionTromMong,’ and ‘#LaundryMong.’ Selected participants will receive prizes including an LG massage chair (1 person), LG CordZero R9 (1 person), and Starbucks Americano (30 people).
