To this end, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee is implementing various projects, including internal training for employees responsible for credit guarantee consultations and evaluations.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee announced that it will conduct a two-day internal staff training titled "Establishing a Consulting System for Small Business Owners" on the 24th and 25th at the conference room on the first floor of the Gyeonggi Bio Center in Yeongtong, Suwon.
About 80 Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee employees, including regional headquarters chiefs, branch managers, and management advisory committee members who handle credit guarantee consultations and evaluations for small business owners close to the local economic field, will participate in this training. This training was planned as part of efforts to strengthen support for "consulting-centered customized guarantees," one of the policy directions of Chairman Si Seok-jung of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee.
In response to Governor Kim Dong-yeon's policy prioritizing the stabilization of the livelihood economy, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee is advancing rapid financial support and internal innovation. Accordingly, through the advancement and systematization of management guidance, one of its main tasks, it plans to incorporate consulting functions such as commercial area analysis and credit management into the guarantee support role of branches.
Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee expects this internal staff training to be the starting point for building a consulting support system and the first step toward becoming a "financial service institution" beyond a simple funding support agency.
Notably, Chairman Si Seok-jung of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee will personally participate as an instructor in this training.
The training will also involve the Small Enterprise and Market Service, Gyeonggi-do Market and Commercial District Promotion Agency, and Shinhan Smile Microfinance Foundation.
This collaboration among related organizations supporting small business policies within the province aims to promptly provide integrated policy information to residents in need of public services at Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee branch consultation desks.
