Korea Credit Information Services Participates in Korea Fintech 2023
‘Current Status and Prospects of the Fintech Industry in the Data Economy Era’ Presented
The Korea Credit Information Services will participate in the 'Korea Fintech Week 2023,' a global fintech expo hosted by the Financial Services Commission, from the 30th to September 1st. They will hold a seminar under the theme 'The Big Question of the Fintech Industry in the Data Economy Era' and operate an exhibition booth.
Through the seminar, the Korea Credit Information Services plans to explore the current status, future prospects, and challenges of AI utilization in the fintech and financial industries, and share AI-based business models and strategies applicable to the actual fintech industry.
First, Hyung-sik Kim, CEO of Craft Technology, will present trends in domestic and international investment strategies using advanced AI technologies and cases of AI application.
Professor Yoon-sik Cho of Chung-Ang University will introduce cases of personalized recommendation systems applying AI algorithms. Following this, Yong-jun Heo, team leader at Korea Credit Information Services, will propose methods for utilizing and analyzing financial data through synthetic data and approaches for applying AI in finance.

Finally, Geun-sang Cho, team leader at Korea Credit Information Services, will present the service objectives, functions, and expected effects of the Financial AI Data Library, designated as a regulatory innovation service by the Financial Services Commission.
