20s Male Arrested Carrying a Weapon and Roaming Fearfully in Sillim-dong
A man in his 20s carrying a weapon was caught by the police while wandering around Sillim Station intersection in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The man stated during the police investigation that he carried the weapon for self-defense.
According to the police on the 21st, the Gwanak Police Station in Seoul is investigating a man in his 20s, Mr. A, without detention on suspicion of being a delinquent under the Act on Punishment of Violent Acts. Mr. A is suspected of carrying a weapon tucked into his waistband while wandering near the Sillim Station intersection around 2 p.m. the previous day.
