Hampyeong-gun's 'Children's Healthy Play Cooking Class' has successfully concluded.
According to the county on the 18th, during the summer vacation, from the 24th of last month to the 17th of this month, a total of 13 sessions were held at the Wolya Health Center for Health Promotion, targeting 30 elementary school students from Nasan, Haebo, and Wolya-myeon for the 'Children's Healthy Play Cooking Class.'
This program focused on nutrition education and physical activities such as making nutritious snacks, musical jump rope, K-Pop broadcast dance, and clay art creation, offering various programs tailored to children's perspectives, which received great responses from the participating children.
The children especially enjoyed participating in nutrition education, such as choosing the right foods, and cooking practice.
One child who participated in the program expressed satisfaction, saying, "Now I can confidently make nutritious snacks by myself."
