Gwangjin-gu Conducts Support Campaign for Long-term Care Workers...Improving Social Awareness of Elderly Care Workers and Creating a Respectful Work Environment
Simply leave a message of thanks or support...Online submissions accepted on the district website until September 3
Submitted messages will be used on village bus advertising boards, etc., with 50 winners selected by lottery to receive prizes
Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyungho) is conducting a support campaign to improve social awareness of long-term care workers for the elderly.
As the aging population accelerates, the demand for care services is increasing, but social awareness of elderly care workers remains insufficient. Accordingly, the district has launched an 'awareness improvement campaign' to create an environment where care workers are respected and can work with dignity.
To participate, simply post a message of thanks or support for elderly care workers on the district office website. Online submissions are accepted until September 3, and anyone who is a resident of Gwangjin-gu or works at a long-term care institution in the area can participate.
The submitted messages will be used in various ways, such as being displayed on village bus advertising boards, district newsletters, and event banners. Additionally, 50 participants will be selected by lottery to receive small prizes. The winners will be announced on September 7.
