According to the police on the 14th, the Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station apprehended Officer A, an active-duty police officer, at the scene during a raid on an illegal massage parlor around 3 p.m. on the 11th. Officer A was confirmed to be affiliated with the Traffic Division of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station.
