Samsung Electronics Service Offers Free Appliance Repairs in Typhoon-Affected Areas
Dispatch of Service Team to Goseong, Gangwon
Samsung Electronics Service announced that starting from the 14th, it will dispatch a service team to Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, where typhoon damage occurred, to provide special flood recovery services.
The service team will set up a mobile service center at the Goseong Geojin Youth Culture House and offer cleaning, free inspection, and repair of flooded home appliances.

In areas heavily affected by flooding, service engineers will visit affected households directly to inspect products and support flood recovery.
A bus equipped with mobile phone inspection equipment will also be deployed on-site to provide services such as mobile phone cleaning, drying, and malfunction inspection.
Samsung Electronics Service plans to offer the same services to customers who report flooded home appliances through the customer center.
