Shilla免 Opens Hennessy Pop-up Store with Basketball Concept at Incheon Airport

Shilla Duty Free is unveiling a basketball-themed pop-up store for the famous cognac brand Hennessy at Incheon International Airport.

View original imageShilla Duty Free announced on the 14th that, in partnership with Mo?t Hennessy, it will open a unique Hennessy pop-up store in front of Gate 250 at Terminal 2 of Incheon International Airport. Hennessy, one of the main business divisions of the French luxury conglomerate Louis Vuitton Mo?t Hennessy (LVMH) Group, is one of the best-selling cognacs worldwide.
Targeting younger consumers and aiming to provide a new experience, the specially designed pop-up store by Hennessy features a circular space reminiscent of a basketball, expected to deliver the vibrant energy of basketball games to travelers visiting Incheon Airport.
At the pop-up store, visitors can find the first-ever domestic release of the limited edition Hennessy VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) cognac. A tasting event will also be held. Customers who purchase Hennessy products worth over $300 will receive an exclusive basketball engraved with the Hennessy logo. The pop-up store will operate until October 18.
Since July, Shilla Duty Free has fully launched operations of new stores at Incheon International Airport, establishing a 8,907㎡ (approximately 2,700 pyeong) retail space across Terminals 1 and 2, showcasing a total of around 400 brands. Centered on the newly opened liquor and tobacco stores, Shilla Duty Free plans to provide customers with a differentiated shopping experience. In addition to the Hennessy pop-up store, the liquor store at Shilla Duty Free’s Incheon Airport location offers popular liquor brands such as Ballantine’s, Johnnie Walker, and Dom P?rignon.
