The ‘Gyeongseong Horror Festival,’ where visitors can enjoy chilling and thrilling experiences during the hot summer, will be held for three days from the 11th to the 13th at the Hapcheon Video Theme Park in Gyeongnam.
This event features the ‘Hapcheon Horror Theater,’ screening carefully selected domestic horror films, and the main attraction, the ‘1940 Gyeongseong Zombie Prison,’ along with various experience booths, a flea market, and diverse content featuring the Hapcheon NomNomNom characters.
The ‘Hapcheon Horror Theater’ screens three times a day (11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM). The main attraction, the ‘1940 Zombie Prison,’ is an intense horror experience where participants complete missions in the experience zones set up inside the building. A photo zone at the entrance also hosts SNS events. The experience zones operate from 12 PM to 4:50 PM, running for 50 minutes followed by a 10-minute maintenance break. Each group’s experience time is about 5 to 10 minutes.
Various experience booths offer realistic horror makeup, and the ‘Gyeongseong Philosophy Hall,’ where visitors can enjoy tarot readings, is also available. At the flea market and play facilities zone, visitors can purchase various items and enjoy experiences, with a variety of attractions for families to enjoy together.
Additionally, the Hapcheon NomNomNom characters host a giant zombie treasure hunt called ‘Gyeongseong Zombie Escape’ at 2 PM and 4 PM, and an experience event called ‘Hapcheon NomNomNom Scream Game’ at 1 PM and 3 PM. The 30-minute scream game includes two contents: ‘Scream Out Loud’ and ‘Inside the Scream Box.’
