The training for new technical employees at Hyundai Motor Company began on the 7th at the Hyundai Motor Group Talent Development Center Gyeongju Campus. Among the 185 successful candidates participating in the training that day, six new employees attracted attention. They will start working at Hyundai Motor production sites such as the Ulsan plant from September.

Choi So-ran (28), one of the female new production employees at Hyundai Motor, said, "Since cars come out as finished products through my hands, I will work with a sense of mission," adding, "Above all, I will become an employee who is truly needed on the field."
Kim Eun-jung (23), who graduated from an automotive specialized high school, said, "I held five technician certificates, but there was not much information about this technical position recruitment," and added, "It was overwhelming and difficult to know what and how much to prepare." She continued, "I am very happy that my efforts to study by cutting into my sleeping time due to lack of time led to passing the exam."
Hwang Jae-hee (19), who worked at an excavator manufacturing company, said, "Since it is a highly competitive selection process, I did not expect to pass," and added, "I couldn’t believe the two words 'pass' and checked it two or three times." He emphasized, "Although I am relatively young, I will play the role of a communication channel between generations on the field with my easygoing personality."

The training, which will be conducted for four weeks starting from this day, covers ▲ awareness of changes in the automotive industry and cultivation of future vision ▲ importance of quality and understanding of automotive production processes ▲ strengthening adaptability to the field.
