"50-Year-Old Arrested in Changwon for Beating Acquaintance with a Club Over 'Usually Ignoring Me'"
A man in his 50s was arrested by the police for assaulting an acquaintance with a blunt weapon, claiming that the acquaintance usually ignored him.
According to the Changwon Seobu Police Station in Gyeongnam on the 7th, Mr. A is suspected of attempting to kill Mr. B, a man in his 60s, by hitting him at a store in Jung-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon City at around 8:20 p.m. on the 4th.
Mr. A purchased a blunt weapon displayed in the store and then struck Mr. B's head twice after entering the store together.
The crime was reportedly committed because Mr. B, who is an acquaintance, usually ignored Mr. A.
Mr. B was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics who responded to the report, and it is known that his life is not in danger.
