Jeongeup-si to Host 'Mulbit Festival' from 12th to 15th

Jeongeup City in Jeonbuk announced on the 7th that it will hold the Mulbit Festival along the Jeongeupcheon riverside from the 12th to the 15th.

The opening ceremony will begin on Saturday, the 12th at 7 PM, starting with a pre-performance by the Joseon Pop Lee Hee-jung Band, followed by a light ball performance and an EDM Party that will get everyone moving.

The spectacular laser show, curved fountains, and LED nightscape lighting over Jeongeupcheon will enhance the atmosphere of the summer night Mulbit Festival.

Water gun fights to beat the summer heat, popping bubble shows, water cannons fired from Chosangyo Bridge, and water pools and water slides will provide healing for tired bodies and minds during the summer season.

Additionally, fun recreational programs such as paddle boat races and stepping stone crossings are prepared for children and teenagers on vacation, and a separate kids zone is also set up for the children.

By verifying on Jeongeup City's official SNS, visitors can take and print photos at the Mulbit Four-Cut Photo Booth, allowing them to capture joyful moments at the 2023 Jeongeup Mulbit Festival. There will also be 17 booths offering snacks, experiences, and promotion of local agricultural specialties, as well as a craft beer zone to quench thirst.

Blues music that immerses visitors in summer vibes, exciting EDM performances, local art shows, and planned performances by the Jeongeup City Traditional Korean Music Orchestra and Nongak Troupe will bring joy to those visiting the 2023 Jeongeup Mulbit Festival.
