Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the 'Youth Symphony Orchestra Visiting Concert' held at the first-floor lobby of Nowon District Office at 12 PM on the 4th.
On this day, the district held a concert during Friday lunchtime to provide employees and residents with a moment of healing amid the heat and busy daily life.
The Nowon District Youth Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1997, has been hosting various concerts centered around the local community to offer high-quality cultural experiences to youth and residents, contributing to the popularization of classical music and the development of local cultural arts.
The concert featured 23 members performing under the baton of conductor Song Young-gyu, presenting familiar pieces to the public such as Respighi's 'Italiana, Corteggiaria, Siciliana, Leggera e giocosa, Preghiera e risposta,' Johannes Brahms' 'Liebeslieder, Zigeunerlieder,' and the Cinema Paradiso OST 'Cinema Paradiso, Love Theme.'
