Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting tenant companies for the Anseong Venture Town operated by the city.
Anseong Venture Town is located on a 1,394㎡ site at 46 Geumgwangchogyo-gil, Geumgwang-myeon, Anseong City, with a total floor area of 904㎡ and three above-ground floors. It consists of six offices and one warehouse. The current recruitment targets are two offices on the first and second floors.
The lease period is up to three years, and the basic area per office is 110㎡ for the office and 16.5㎡ for the warehouse, with an annual rent of around 600,000 KRW.
Eligible tenants include venture companies headquartered in Anseong City, companies that have completed incubation centers located in Anseong City, or technology- and knowledge-intensive companies in manufacturing, information and communication, computers, software, electronics, and other promising small and medium-sized enterprises.
