[Concall] Samsung Electronics "Q2 DRAM Bit Growth Mid-10% Range"
Samsung Electronics stated during the conference call following the Q2 earnings announcement on the 27th, "Our DRAM bit growth (bit shipment growth rate) in Q2 recorded mid-teens growth compared to the previous quarter, and the average selling price (ASP) declined by mid-single digits. We expect Q3 demand bit growth to be in the mid-teens, and our company anticipates market-level growth."
They continued, "NAND bit growth in Q2 was mid-single digits, and the ASP declined by high single digits. For Q3, NAND demand bit growth is expected to be in the high single digits, and we believe our NAND bit growth will slightly exceed the market."
