BNK Busan Bank Conducts 'Kkumdamgi' Career Experience Program
BNK Busan Bank will conduct the ‘Kkumdamgi (Companies Embracing Dreams)’ career experience program for three days until the 26th at its headquarters.
The ‘Kkumdamgi’ career experience program is an educational initiative launched in 2019 through a business agreement between Busan Bank and the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education to foster future talents in the local community and promote career education.
The participants are 34 high school students aspiring to careers in the financial sector, selected by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education. The program offers various activities reflecting the latest financial industry trends, including ▲virtual experience of financial institutions ▲mock investment competition ▲financial Golden Bell quiz.

Busan Bank operates various educational programs such as ▲‘Finance and Career Camp’ for middle school students ▲financial education for vulnerable groups including seniors and people with disabilities ▲BIFC financial lectures ▲operation of the Financial History Museum ▲live financial education using the ‘BNK Busan Bank Financial Class App.’

Based on these efforts, the bank has received the ‘Education Mecenat Top’ award for 15 consecutive years in the field of educational donation projects and has been selected as a ‘Certified Institution for Educational Donation Career Experience’ by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
