Gumi Dodram Cup Pro Volleyball Tournament Opens on the 29th
Gumi City in Gyeongbuk Province and the Korea Volleyball Federation (President Cho Won-tae) will hold the "2023 Gumi Dodram Cup Pro Volleyball Tournament" at the Park Chung-hee Gymnasium for 16 days starting from the 29th.
This cup tournament, held while touring regions before the regular league begins, features a total of 16 teams competing, including 14 domestic professional league men's and women's teams, Japan's Panasonic Panthers (men), and Thailand's Supreme Chonburi (women).
The opening ceremony will be held on the 29th, with women's matches taking place from July 29 to August 5, and men's matches from August 6 to 13.
Online ticket sales will be conducted through Interpark, with sales starting at 2 PM on the 24th for the women's division and on August 1 for the men's division. Additionally, on-site ticket sales will be available at the Park Chung-hee Gymnasium box office starting two hours before each match.
This Dodram Cup Pro Volleyball Tournament, held for the first time in the Gyeongbuk region, is expected to quench the thirst of citizens who have long awaited professional volleyball and provide refreshing entertainment and enjoyable experiences to beat the hot summer.
