LG Energy Solution Ochang Plant Employees Volunteer for Flood Recovery in Cheongju Area
Employees of LG Energy Solution Ochang Energy Plant have joined efforts to support flood recovery.
On the 21st, about 80 volunteer employees from LG Energy Solution Ochang Energy Plant visited the flooded residential areas and soil erosion sites in Osong-eup, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju City to participate in flood recovery work. The Cheongju area has seen about 600 displaced residents due to continuous heavy rain since last week.
An employee who participated in the activity said, "I felt saddened by the news of damage caused by the sudden heavy rain," and added, "I volunteered because I wanted to contribute even a small helping hand to our neighbors around us in regaining their daily lives."
On the morning of the 21st, employees of LG Energy Solution Ochang Energy Plant are volunteering for flood damage recovery at a tomato farm in Hogye-ri, Osong-eup, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk.
