Adidas Releases Limited Edition 'Son Heung-min Pack'

Global sports brand Adidas has released a limited edition soccer cleat called the 'Son Heung-min Pack' (HMS PACK), featuring the name of soccer player Son Heung-min (31, Tottenham).

Recently, Adidas announced the launch of the special limited edition cleat 'Son Heung-min Pack' to commemorate the 15 years of partnership with Son Heung-min.

Adidas has previously released limited edition cleats for world-renowned soccer players such as Argentina's Lionel Messi, England's David Beckham, and France's Zinedine Zidane. However, it had never launched a limited edition cleat for an Asian player. With this release, Son Heung-min became the first Asian player to have a limited edition cleat from Adidas.

An Adidas representative stated, "The 'Son Heung-min Pack' being released this time was designed to convey to fans the shining moments over the 15 years since Adidas began sponsoring Son Heung-min in 2008."

The 'Son Heung-min Pack' was created by reinterpreting the cleat 'X CRAZYFAST,' which symbolizes overwhelming speed.

In particular, vibrant neon colors of fluorescent yellow, pink, and purple inspired by the lively nightscape of Seoul were applied to the front of the shoes. Son Heung-min's name is engraved in Hangul on the side of the cleats.

To commemorate the release of the 'Son Heung-min Pack,' Adidas also unveiled an animated video. Featuring Son Heung-min as the main character, the video showcases moments such as his glorious debut goal for Hamburger SV in 2010, the wonder goal against Burnley that won the Pusk?s Award in 2020, the Golden Boot award moment in 2022, and his mask-wearing fighting spirit during South Korea's advancement to the Round of 16 at the 2022 Qatar World Cup?all while wearing Adidas soccer cleats.

The 'Son Heung-min Pack' is available in three versions: adult men's laceless FG, adult men's TF, and TF J for adult women and youth.
