Professor Park Sang-won of Dong-A University Receives Yeongnam Mathematical Society Merit Award
Professor Park Sang-won of the Department of Information Mathematics at Dong-A University received the 'Merit Award' from the Yeongnam Mathematical Society.
Founded in 1981, the Yeongnam Mathematical Society is a branch of the Korean Mathematical Society in the Yeongnam region, with members including mathematics educators and researchers from educational and research institutions in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk.
Professor Park received the award at the '2023 Yeongnam Mathematical Society General Meeting and Research Presentation' held at Kyungpook National University on the 14th.

Since joining Dong-A University in 1995, Professor Park has served as dean of the College of Natural Sciences and dean of the College of Liberal Arts, and currently serves as the dean of the graduate school and director of the BK21 General Project Group.
