Daishin Securities to Sell Euljiro Headquarters Building... "Aiming to Enter the Specialized Investment Company Sector"
Daishin Securities announced on the 18th that it plans to sell its headquarters building located in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul. This is to exceed the '3 trillion KRW in equity capital' requirement, which is one of the qualifications for becoming a comprehensive financial investment business operator.
Daishin Securities recently set an official management goal at a management meeting to apply for comprehensive financial investment business operator status in the first half of next year.
Accordingly, Daishin Securities plans to sell its headquarters building, 'Daishin343,' and conduct a revaluation of assets for some of the buildings it will continue to hold.
