Busan Northern Office of Education has independently developed automation programs to reduce the workload of its staff.
The Northern Office of Education announced on the 18th that it has developed six types of automation programs to alleviate the workload of teaching staff and will share them with other education offices.
The office developed these programs to automate the tasks of its employees and teaching staff, aiming to increase efficiency and improve working conditions.
The developed programs include ▲encryption of personal information for internet communication fee support recipients ▲creation of personnel appointment cards for elementary teachers returning from leave ▲generation of distribution materials for after-school free course tickets for schools ▲automation of reports related to mid-term student placement in elementary and middle schools (2 types) ▲automatic generation of bid announcements, totaling six types.
The Northern Office of Education plans to hold a demonstration session at 3 p.m. on the 19th in the main auditorium of the education office for representatives from other education offices to share the programs.
Seo Myung-ho, the team leader in charge of program development, said, “I hope the programs will greatly help improve the speed and accuracy of on-site work processing and reduce the workload of staff,” adding, “We will continuously make improvements if any inconveniences arise during program use.”
