Dongmyung University International Student Wins 2nd Place at Academic Conference Hosted by Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, China
Wang Moon-hye, a doctoral candidate at Dongmyung University Graduate School, won second place for her research on regional revitalization through art and design at an academic conference hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education in China, which was attended by a total of 38 universities on the 6th.
At the conference, Wang presented her research on AI-based computer graphics conducted under the guidance of Professor Kim Jong-gi from the Department of Industrial Design at Dongmyung University, demonstrating various possibilities for future designers' use of AI.

She said, "Studying abroad has not been easy, but I am honored to have the opportunity to conduct research at Dongmyung University Graduate School," adding, "With my doctoral degree completion ceremony scheduled for August, I plan to hold a solo exhibition at the Dongmyung University Gallery before returning to China."
