‘Uiryeong Dangdang’ Local Government Officials Job Training Conducted

Gyeongnam Uiryeong Office of Education is conducting a job training program for over 120 local government officials in the district until the 14th, held at the Uiryeong Office of Education main conference room and Uiryeong High School.
Starting from the 12th, this training was planned to enhance expertise through various job-related and cultural subjects, strengthen school field support capabilities through information sharing among members, and foster a collaborative organizational culture.

The main contents include stories about climate change and the environment told by swallows, confidence recovery and self-discovery through personal color self-diagnosis, and a tour of Uiryeong High School, which was completed in March this year as the nation’s first school-level space innovation project.
In particular, the personal color training was conducted in small groups, providing precise personal color diagnosis and personalized styling suggestions, becoming a platform for communication and sharing among local government officials, receiving high praise from the trainees.
The head of the facility support team who participated in the training said, “During my career as a public official, I insisted on only gray and navy colors, but through this opportunity, I learned about personal colors and it was a very beneficial time that will allow me to have a lively work life with a new image.”
