Southern National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Leads Social Contribution Activities of 'Medical Industry MC'
NamBu University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (Director Jeong Sang-won) announced on the 12th that the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation's private-led autonomous industry-academic-research council (mini-cluster) 'Medical Industry MC,' which it leads as the host organization, carried out social contribution activities.
The Medical Industry MC operating committee members visited Cheomdan Uam Hospital (Director Kim Dong-hyuk) on the 11th and delivered medical and daily necessities (worth about 2 million KRW) donated by Medical Industry MC member companies such as DenBio Co., Ltd. to patients undergoing rehabilitation treatment, wishing them a speedy recovery.
Jeong Sang-won, Director of NamBu University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, said, "This social contribution activity by Medical Industry MC will serve as a good example of industry-academia coexistence with the local community," adding, "NamBu University will continue to actively participate in social contribution and sharing happiness activities that coexist with underprivileged groups in need, in cooperation with Medical Industry MC, to foster a healthy local community atmosphere."
