Probation Period Marred Again by 'Hallucinogen Inhalation': Arrest Warrant Requested for Man in His 20s
A man in his 20s was arrested by the police for inhaling a hallucinogenic substance with an acquaintance in a passenger car despite being on probation.
The Gwangju Bukbu Police Station announced on the 12th that they have requested an arrest warrant for A (24) on charges of habitual inhalation of glue (violation of the Chemical Substances Control Act).
A is suspected of inhaling a hallucinogenic substance with accomplice B (24) after stopping his car on a road in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, around 9 p.m. the previous day.
B (24) has been handed over to the prosecution for investigation as he is involved in another crime.
Police investigations revealed that A had previously been sentenced to probation for inhaling hallucinogenic substances and committed this crime during the probation period.
