First Priority Competition Rate 5.1 to 1
The subscription market in June showed stark differences in subscription results by complex rather than by region.
On the 12th, Zigbang analyzed the June subscription market and found that the nationwide subscription competition rate for the first priority in June was 5.1 to 1, down from 18.7 to 1 in May. The subscription shortfall rate slightly increased from 23.5% in May to 27.4% in June.
The complex with the highest subscription competition rate in June was 'Incheon Geomdan New City AB19 Block Hoban Summit' supplied in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. The subscription competition rate was 34.8 to 1, and the minimum subscription score was recorded at 44.3 points.
The subscription competition rate for 'Seoul National University Venture Town Station Prugio,' supplied in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, was lower at 31.1 to 1. Following were 'Hillstate Xi Asan Centum' supplied in Baebang-eup, Asan, Chungnam, and 'Gyodae Station Moa Elga Grande' supplied in Gyelim-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju, recording 17.9 to 1 and 12.9 to 1, respectively.
On the other hand, 'Daesin Centum Castle,' supplied in Boeun-eup, Boeun, Chungbuk, recorded 0 to 1, with a subscription shortfall rate reaching 98.3%. 'Yangsan-dong Myungji Summit,' supplied in Yangsan-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, also recorded 0.1 to 1, showing a subscription shortfall rate of 94%.
The subscription competition rate in Seoul in June was 31.1 to 1, significantly lower than the previous month (82.2 to 1). In contrast, Incheon's subscription competition rate rose to 34.8 to 1 from 0.4 to 1 in the previous month.

A Zigbang official explained, "In May, subscription preferences were centered around Seoul, but in June, complexes with excellent subscription results appeared in local areas according to consumer preferences," adding, "Subscription results showed polarization by complex in both the metropolitan area and local regions."
