Ulju-gun Beomseo-eup Community Security Council, Sharing Summer Health Food for Vulnerable Groups
The Ulju-gun Beomseo-eup Community Security Council conducted the 'Vitality Support Summer Health Food Samgyetang Sharing Project' for vulnerable groups on the 10th at Beomseo Sports Park.
On this day, the council members carefully prepared samgyetang ahead of the first heat of summer and personally visited 78 vulnerable households, including elderly living alone in the area, to deliver the food and check on their well-being.
Chairman Baek Mun-hyun said, "We made samgyetang with sincerity hoping that the vulnerable groups in the area stay healthy during the hot summer," and added, "We will continue to strive to foster a warm sharing culture for neighbors in need."
