Discussion on Measures to Revitalize the Local Economy
On the 10th, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups held a workshop at the Sejong Government Complex, chaired by Minister Lee Young, to review the performance of the local Small and Medium Venture Business Offices' core missions for the first half of the year.
The Core Mission System is a program introduced to achieve goals by uniting the headquarters, local offices, and related organizations as one team to deliver results on major policy tasks and national agenda projects.

This meeting was organized to review the first half performance of the core missions prioritized by each local office and to discuss measures to revitalize the regional economy considering local characteristics.
Minister Lee received reports on the progress of 13 local offices' core missions, including national agenda performance and regional economic revitalization plans, and discussed future plans with headquarters executives to ensure the successful implementation of the core missions.
