2023 Lottery Fund Dream Ladder Scholarship: 2,000 Students Selected
The Ministry of Education and the Korea Student Aid Foundation will select 2,000 Dream Scholarship students for the '2023 Lottery Fund Dream Ladder Scholarship Project' on the 6th.
The Lottery Fund Dream Ladder Scholarship Project is a national scholarship program that selects low-income middle and high school students recommended by their schools, considering their dreams, career plans, and need for support, and provides continuous support through university.
During the 2023 Dream Scholarship application period, a total of 4,849 middle and high school students nationwide (from 2,939 schools) applied, and after document screening and in-depth evaluation, 2,000 students were finally selected.
The selected scholars will receive a monthly academic encouragement fund (250,000 KRW for middle school students, 350,000 KRW for high school students, and 450,000 KRW for university students) in the form of card points, which can be used according to their individual plans for study and career exploration until graduation.
Additionally, various educational and psychological stability programs such as mentoring, career competency counseling, and psychological counseling will be provided.
