Daejeon City and Yanolja Collaborate for Successful Hosting of 'Daejeon Midnight Festival'
Daejeon City and Yanolja have agreed to join forces to ensure the successful hosting of the ‘Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival’.
On the 5th, Daejeon City announced that Lee Jang-woo, Mayor of Daejeon, and Bae Bo-chan, CEO of Yanolja, met at Daejeon City Hall to sign a memorandum of understanding for mutual cooperation in promoting the ‘Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival’ and revitalizing local tourism.
According to the agreement, both parties will hold a lodging discount event for tourists visiting the ‘Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival’ venue next month, and combine Daejeon’s tourism resources with Yanolja’s specialized marketing infrastructure to strengthen Daejeon’s tourism competitiveness.
The discount event will offer a 20,000 KRW discount coupon to ‘Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival’ tourists who pay 50,000 KRW or more for accommodations in Daejeon through the Yanolja app from the 24th of this month to the 13th of next month.
The ‘Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival’ will take place from the 11th to the 17th of next month in the Jungang-ro and old downtown commercial district areas. During the festival, the road section from Daejeon Station to the former Chungnam Provincial Office (1 km) will be closed to vehicle traffic.
