Hana Securities Signs Business Agreement to Develop YouTube Channel Revenue Fractional Investment Product
Hana Securities announced on the 4th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Crisia Media to develop and operate products that allow fractional investment in revenues generated from YouTube channels.
Hana Securities plans to launch the 'PAND' service, a fractional investment platform for YouTube channel revenues, in the second half of this year in collaboration with Crisia Media. Hana Securities will be responsible for supplying products to PAND, while Crisia Media will leverage its expertise from 'PAND Alpha,' a YouTube channel growth analysis service it operates, to build a trading system focused on high-growth channels.
Im Sang-su, head of Hana Securities WM Group, said, "Through the MOU with Crisia Media, we plan to establish various business models utilizing YouTube channels. As the number of individual content creators steadily increases and the domestic YouTube market gains attention, we will introduce YouTube channel-based STO (Security Token Offering) products that satisfy a wide range of customers."
Kim Dong-min, CEO of Crisia Media, stated, "This MOU will greatly help in discovering and supporting high-growth creators. We will take the lead in creating a content environment where creators can operate stably by establishing a fractional investment model using YouTube channel products."
