Kim Gyu-jin, the author of the essay "Unni, Will You Marry Me?", recently revealed that she became the first pregnant lesbian in Korea and shared an incident where she responded to malicious comments posted on a mom cafe.
On the 3rd, Kim wrote on her Twitter, "People lack imagination," adding, "There was a post on a mom cafe saying that lesbian childbirth is disgusting or something, so I commented, 'Hello, this is Kim Gyu-jin, did you forget that I am also a mom?' and they hurriedly deleted the post."
On the 29th of last month, Mr. Kim officially became the spouse of his same-sex partner, Kim Se-yeon, in New York, USA, in 2019. Last year, he successfully became pregnant through artificial insemination using donated sperm from an infertility clinic in Belgium.

Kim continued, "There was also a comment saying, 'Maybe because of being trapped in Confucian values, I don't think I can get close to homosexuals,' so I replied, 'Unfortunately, we are already in the same space,'" adding, "This person said, 'I hope you are not too hurt by my post,' and then deleted it."
