Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam will issue 30 billion KRW worth of Changwon Sarang Gift Certificates Nubi-jeon on the 14th ahead of the vacation season to support struggling small business owners and consumers.
This issuance consists of 10 billion KRW in paper certificates and 20 billion KRW in mobile certificates, totaling 30 billion KRW. The individual discount purchase limit is 200,000 KRW each for paper and mobile certificates, with a discount rate of 7%. Paper certificates will be issued starting at 9 a.m., and mobile certificates will be issued at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Paper certificates can be purchased at 247 sales agencies (Gyeongnam Bank, Nonghyup, Saemaeul Geumgo, Shinhan Credit Union), and mobile certificates can be purchased through 17 apps including the Nubi-jeon app, Beeple Zero Pay, Gyeongnam Bank mobile banking, and All One Bank (Nonghyup). The discounted sales will automatically end once the supply is exhausted.
