Watch the 10 Million Viewer Movie 'Beomjoedosisi 3' on IPTV
The movie "Crime City 3," which surpassed 10 million viewers last weekend, will be available to watch on TV at home starting from the 4th.
The three internet TV (IPTV) providers KT, SK Broadband, and LG Uplus announced the launch of the video-on-demand (VOD) service for "Crime City 3" as the second title of iPICK, and alongside this, they will offer various promotions and customer events such as baseball home stadium marketing, viewing certification events, and prize draws.
iPICK is a business brand where the three IPTV companies jointly acquire and invest in content. It was launched in November last year to enhance competitiveness against global over-the-top (OTT) online video services and to secure IPTV content competitiveness.
An IPTV official stated, “Through continuous collaboration models between iPICK and domestic production and distribution companies, we aim to redefine the content holdback structure to contribute to revitalizing the Korean film ecosystem, while simultaneously providing high-quality content quickly to IPTV viewers to increase customer satisfaction.”
