Gwangju Bank Conducts Training Program Inviting Outstanding Employees from Overseas Subsidiaries
Gwangju Bank announced on the 27th that it invited four outstanding employees from its subsidiary 'JB Securities Vietnam' to the head office for encouragement and training.
The training program took place from the 20th to the 25th over a 5-night, 6-day schedule, including tours of the head office and PrimePB Center, as well as a visit to the Korea Exchange, providing an opportunity to benchmark advanced financial practices.
Additionally, through visits to the ‘2023 Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo‘ sponsored by Gwangju Bank and attending a KIA Tigers professional baseball game, participants directly experienced the company's brand promotion activities.
Through these activities, they were able to feel the status of the region's representative bank and pride in the parent company.
Byung-il Ko, President of Gwangju Bank, stated, “JBSV is Gwangju Bank’s first overseas subsidiary and is expected to be a major driving force for the bank’s future growth through overseas market expansion.”
He added, “Wanting to meet the talents in Vietnam who will be responsible for future growth, we invited outstanding employees again this year following last year.”
