Gwanak-gu, 2023 Gwanak Lifelong Learning Festival Theme Contest
Call for Theme Proposals for the Lifelong Learning Festival Reflecting the Vision and Values of Lifelong Learning until the 21st
Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) is accepting theme proposals for the "2023 Gwanak Lifelong Learning Festival" until June 21.
Started in 2012, the "Gwanak Lifelong Learning Festival" is one of Gwanak-gu's representative festivals where residents directly participate in all processes from planning to hosting.
Accordingly, the district plans to hold the Gwanak Lifelong Learning Festival created together with residents by soliciting festival themes based on three topics: ▲ the vision and values of Gwanak-gu as a lifelong learning city ▲ building a community communicating through lifelong learning ▲ creating an enjoyable learning culture.
Anyone can participate in the contest by filling out the application form posted on the Gwanak-gu Office website (News & Notices → Public Announcements) and submitting it via email to the person in charge by 6:00 PM on June 21.
If the same theme is submitted multiple times, the first proposer will be selected, and previously awarded works or phrases violating copyrights will be excluded from selection. Selected themes may be used for festival promotion, and copyrights will belong to Gwanak-gu.
After evaluation, one grand prize and two excellence awards will be selected and announced on the Gwanak-gu Office website in July, with prize recipients receiving a small gift. The award ceremony will be held at the closing ceremony of the 2023 Gwanak Lifelong Learning Festival on September 2.
