Four-Vehicle Chain Collision Including Motorcycle and Dump Truck in Jeju... 2 in Cardiac Arrest
At around 4:32 PM on the 15th, three vehicles including a dump truck and one motorcycle collided at an intersection near the Donghong Youth Culture House bus stop in Seogwipo City, Jeju.
All four drivers were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital by the 119 emergency medical team. The motorcycle driver and the 0.5-ton truck driver were reported to be in cardiac arrest.
The dump truck driver and the passenger car driver sustained serious and minor injuries, respectively. A utility pole was struck and broken, causing a power outage affecting 1,366 households in Donghong-dong and Seogwi-dong, some of which have since been restored.

Korea Electric Power Corporation Jeju Headquarters is currently working on restoring power to 37 households in Donghong-dong where electricity has not yet been restored. The police are investigating the detailed circumstances of the accident.
